ADDYA Hooks were featured and recommended in On The Water, July 2015 issue in the Gear and New & Noteworthy Gear section

A Circle with Biteaddya review

“The Wide Bite Offset Circle Hook from Addya Hooks makes it easier than ever to set out a big bait while minimizing the odds of a deep-hooked fish. The sticky sharp point sets with little effort. Available in sizes for everything from catfish to trophy stripers.”

“I used your hooks for the first time on Friday May 15 at the FCA Manhattan Cup. We caught the tournament winner Striped Bass on your 10/0 inline circle hook. The fish weighed in at 47.2 lbs. Now I have ‘The Cup’ thanks to your hook. I have several charter boats and would like to add your name to the side of our boats. Your product is superior. Keep up the good work.”

“I’ve heard more and more fishermen talking about ADDYA Hooks lately, so I was really excited to hear of their support of the 2015 FCA Manhattan Cup, presented by Regulator Marine. I was excited to use ADDYA’s inline circle hooks for the first time. The hook more than stood up to the test of tournament fishing. With the waters of Raritan Bay swarming with bluefish the circle hook consistently set in the corner of the jaw allowing us to land a much higher percentage of fish that normally would have bit through our leaders. Then there was that one bite that changed everything. When you get into a big fish, in such a competitive situation, the last thing you want to worry about is the hook getting spit because of inferior quality. I was able to land and release a beautiful 47 pound striper that took overall winner for the tournament. Thanks ADDYA Hooks!! “

Manhattan to Montauk
Mike Dean and Captain Vinny Vetere caught and released an amazing 47lb Striped Bass to take the cup. Mike is also a founder and huge supporter of the ‪#‎saveourstripers‬ campaign and owner of Manhattan to Montuak. Great job and thank you both for all the time and effort you provide to this great event.

The FCA Manhattan Cup is an inshore catch and release tournament whereby all IGFA rules apply. Anglers will compete for the largest striped bass, bluefish, and weakfish in three divisions: bait, artificial and fly-fishing.
